SHIRO AI is an AI consultancy and implementation business for life sciences, operated by Adrian as a sole-trader business under the trading name SHIRO AI. SHIRO AI is not currently a limited company. For privacy questions, contact adrian@shiroai.co.uk.
2. Information we may handle
- Contact details such as your name, organisation, work email address and the information you choose to include in an enquiry.
- Information needed to discuss, scope or deliver a consultancy engagement.
- Basic technical information supplied by the hosting provider, such as request logs used for security and service operation.
Please do not submit patient data, clinical records, confidential study data or other sensitive information through this website. Use a separate agreed channel if a real engagement requires that information.
3. How the current website works
The audit enquiry form sends the details you choose to submit, including your name, company, work email and workflow description, to SHIRO AI through FormSubmit, a form-processing service. The details are then delivered to the SHIRO AI email inbox for follow-up. Please do not submit patient data, clinical records, confidential study data or other sensitive information through the form.
4. Why we use information
Depending on the context, we may use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a workflow audit is appropriate, provide requested services, administer the business, keep the website secure and comply with legal obligations. We only ask for information that is relevant to those purposes.
5. Sharing and service providers
We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and handle enquiries. The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit submitted details to SHIRO AI. FormSubmit says its submission archive retains form submissions for 30 days. These providers should only process information as needed for the relevant service and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by engagement.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. Contact adrian@shiroai.co.uk to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site currently does not intentionally use non-essential advertising cookies or analytics. The host may create essential technical logs. If analytics, embedded services or other non-essential cookies are added, this policy and the site’s consent approach will be updated first.

We may update this policy when the site, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.
